Specialized studies

Geotechnical study

The geotechnical study is the specialized study through which one can determine the field’s characteristics, the level of subterranean water, the conditions for the foundation of the proposed construction.

Topographical elevation

The topographical elevation refers to the study that reveals the shape of the land, the boundaries of the property, the oscillation of level, contour, and also the positioning and shape of all constructions already existing.

Fire safety plan

The fire safety plan is what helps establishing procedures to ensure safety in case of fire and are designed in agreement with current laws.

Energy audit

The energy audit means determining the real thermo-technical and functional features of the system composed of building and its installations, all meant to energetically characterize the construction. Through this energy audit we are technically and economically identifying the best solutions to rehabilitate and energetically modernize the building based on the thermic and energy results that it provides.

Technical project expertise

It establishes technical evaluations for the construction and then there are recommendations being made to improve what is needed. The project refers to determine the technical status of the reinforcement of a building. Following such an evaluation, conclusions will be drawn referring to the structural evaluation and the carrying capacity of the structure.

Project verification

A person that is certified in the field of public constructions verifies the technical project to make sure it was designed in agreement with the current country laws, and that the specialized projects are consistent with one another, while they make sure all data used is correct.

PUG (general urban plan) and PUZ (area urban plan)

PUG is the general urban plan that encompasses analysis, general laws and local rules of urban planning; based on it, one can design the details on a smaller scale: the PUZ.

PUZ is the area urban plan that establishes the objectives, actions, priorities and urban planning laws (permissions and restrictions) that need to be applied when using the land and the complying of the constructions in the area.
